I don’t know about you but there have been times in my life where I have felt stuck. Stuck in a job I disliked, a body I wasn’t happy with, a relationship that wasn’t working and I knew I had to make a change but I wasn’t really sure how to do that.
Then I experienced coaching and through coaching, I realised what I really wanted out of life and what things were really important to me. With this new-found knowledge, I was able to confidently change the things in my life that were no longer serving me and live a life that was for me, not the life I thought I should be living.
I want you to think about when you are in the winter of your life and you look back – would you be happy with the decisions you have made and the actions you’ve taken? Could you have been happier? Were you too focused on the things, that in the grand scheme of things don’t actually matter?
Now is your time to make the change and be the person that can look back and say you did everything that you felt was right and made you and the people you love happy.
Coaching is a process that takes time- you need to give yourself the time and space to work through the parts of your life that bring you great joy and those parts that you are doing because you feel like you have to. So I suggest a minimum of 6 sessions, which can be undertaken weekly, fortnightly or monthly or a mixture of all, whatever you deem necessary for your needs.
The initial session is charged at a reduced price of £20 an hour to enable you to see if coaching is for you. Subsequent sessions are charged at £40 an hour.
Sessions can either be face to face in my coaching room or via Zoom.
